Area of application

Luffa nasal spray DHU is a homeopathic medicine that is used for chronic colds.Chronic rhinitis can be associated with enlarged nasal turbinates, dry nasal mucous membranes, crust formation, impaired sense of smell and impaired nasal breathing.The preparation helps to normalize the function of the nasal mucosa, facilitate nasal breathing, regulate secretion formation and gently loosen bark and crusts.

The active ingredient in Luffa Nasal Spray DHU is Luffa operculata Dil.D4.The other ingredients include benzalkonium chloride (preservative), disodium edetate 2 water, disodium hydrogen phosphate 12 water, sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate 1 water, sodium hydroxide and water for injections.

Contraindications

The preparation must not be used if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to Luffa operculata or any of the other ingredients of Luffa Nasal Spray DHU, such as benzalkonium chloride.

Dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed, the usual dose is: Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should give 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times a day.Children aged 1-11 years receive one spray into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.Infants in their 1st year of life receive one spray into each nostril once or twice daily.Homeopathic medications should also not be used for long periods of time without medical advice.

If you have used a larger amount of Luffa Nasal Spray DHU than you should, there are no known harmful effects of overdose.If you have significantly overdosed on the medicine, you should consult a doctor.

If you forget to use Luffa Nasal Spray DHU , do not use a double dose if you forget the previous application.

If you stop using Luffa Nasal Spray DHU , no harmful effects are expected.

Intake

Before using the nasal spray, you should blow your nose thoroughly.Remove the protective cap and pump 2 to 3 times before the first spray.Insert the spray head into the nostril and pump 1 to 2 times.For hygiene reasons and to avoid infection, the drops should only be used by one person at a time.

Pregnancy

Since there is no adequately documented experience with use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting a doctor.
