Handling time

Handling time is the difference between the order cutoff time following the placement of an order and when the shipment for the order is ready for transit (hand off to the carrier).

• Depending on the availability of goods in the warehouse, assembly takes 1-3 days.
• If the product is not available in the warehouse, it is ordered from the manufacturer, and assembly takes from 3-7 days.

Transit time

Transit time is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver a product to a customer.

DHL Standard for European countries (a total of 40 countries): EU, EFTA, and other European countries.

Normally, it takes 2-5 days depending on your country. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery time.

Examples:

• Netherlands - 2-3 days - Courier from DHL or PostNL International
• Czech Republic - 2-7 days - Courier from Česká Pošta
• Croatia - 3-5 days - Courier from Hrvatska Pošta
• Spain - 5-7 days - Courier from DHL or Correos
• Italy - 3-5 days - Courier from DHL
• Finland - 7-11 days - Pickup from Posti
• France - 3-5 days - Courier from La Poste
• Sweden - 3-4 days - Pickup from PostNord
• Norway - 3-7 days - Pickup from Posten Norge
• Hungary - 4-6 days - Courier from Magyar Posta
• etc.

DHL Paket to the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East (a total of 26 countries).

The package will be forwarded to the local Post Office. Normally, it takes 8 to 18 days. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery time. After customs clearance, DHL Paket will pass the parcel to the local operator, and the parcel will arrive at the post office.

Examples:

• USA - 5-15 days - Pickup from USPS
• Canada - 6-20 days - Pickup from Canada Post
• etc.

Taxes

Regarding customs duties, please note the following:

- For shipments within the European Union (EU), since all the goods originate from Germany, no customs duties are applicable.

- In EFTA countries, customs duties should be paid for the imported goods.

- However, for shipments to countries in Asia, America, and the Middle East, the customs duties policy varies. Your country may or may not charge customs duties for the imported items.

Missing parcel

Please be aware that DHL may transfer the delivery responsibility to a local delivery organization operating in your country. In the event of any delays in your DHL delivery, we regret to inform you that we do not have the means to directly communicate with your local post office.
