Orthomol Tendo is a dietary supplement that supports connective tissue.Weak connective tissue can often be the cause of irritation of the tendons and tendon attachments, such as the Achilles tendon or tennis elbow.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, Orthomol Tendo should not be used.

Dosage

Orthomol Tendo should be taken daily in the form of a sachet in 100-150 ml of still water or fruit juice.It is recommended to consume the granules together with the Omega-3 fatty acid capsules during or after a meal.The enclosed enzyme tablet should be taken about half an hour before a meal.

Patient information

Orthomol Tendo contains easily available carbohydrates.If glucose tolerance is impaired, the dietary supplement should only be used under careful metabolic control.Orthomol Tendo should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding or children.If you are taking medications that affect blood clotting, blood clotting parameters should be checked regularly.The recommended daily portion must not be exceeded.Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.Maintain a healthy lifestyle.Orthomol Tendo is lactose and gluten free.In individual cases, slight belching may occur due to the fish oil contained in the capsules.To avoid belching, you can take the capsules before bedtime.Due to the vitamin B2 content, the urine can turn yellow.The product contains strong coloring beta-carotene.Any stains that may appear are difficult to remove.

Pregnancy

Orthomol Tendo should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding or children.Due to the limited data available on glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, their use in pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children is not recommended.
