These capsules are a dietary supplement that contains vitamins, the mineral magnesium and co-enzyme Q10.Vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid support normal homocysteine metabolism.Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, while thiamine supports normal heart function.

The main ingredients of the capsules are magnesium carbonate (38.18%), natural co-enzyme Q10 (21.05%), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pea fiber as a filler, folic acid (3.16%), medium-chain triglycerides from vegetable oil (coconut palm kernel oil), cyanocobalamin (0.32%), pyridoxole hydrochloride (0.27%) and thiamine hydrochloride(0.23%).The capsule shell consists of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and is plant-based.The product may contain traces of soy.

The daily dose of two capsules contains 200.00 mg natural co-enzyme Q10, 94.00 mg magnesium (25.07% of the nutrient reference value, NRV), 2.10 mg vitamin B6 (150% NRV), 1.65 mg vitamin B1 (150% NRV), 300 µg folic acid (150% NRV) and 3 µg vitaminB12 (120% NRV).

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one capsule twice daily, which should be taken with a meal with sufficient liquid.These capsules are suitable for diabetics as one capsule contains only 0.007 bread units (BE).
