20 mg isoflavones from red clover extract, 40 mg isoflavones from soy extract, 135 mg calcium, 18 mg niacin, 10 mg spirulina, 1.4 mg vitamin B6, 200 µg folic acid, 150 µg biotin and 5 µg vitamin D3.

Ingredients

The ingredients include calcium carbonate, red clover extract with isoflavones, soybean extract with isoflavones, nicotinamide, spirulina, potato starch, anti-caking agent calcium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), glazing agent shellac, cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium L-methylfolate and D-biotin.
