Application

Wash your hands before use.For optimal cleaning, we recommend two fleece threads.Hold the floss tightly between your thumb and forefinger, leaving about 1 to 2 inches between your fingers, and gently move the floss up and down 4 to 5 times.Make sure that the floss reaches below the gum line.Repeat this in each interdental space on the right and left teeth.If additional flossing is needed, wash your hands again before use.
