Comprinet pro is an anatomical thrombosis prophylaxis stocking that is used to prevent deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.It is particularly suitable for patients who have undergone surgery and for people who are going through a longer phase of immobilization.

Product features

Comprinet pro is an anatomically shaped stocking that has a compression pressure of approx. 18 mm Hg in the ankle area.This pressure decreases linearly from distal to proximal.The stocking is seamlessly knitted in the round and has a toe viewing window on the top of the foot and a knitted heel.It is made from a two-pull knit with a soft textile feel that adapts to strongly contoured legs without affecting the pressure profile.

Comprinet pro is available in two lengths and three widths, with thigh circumferences up to 86 cm.There are also two special sizes with thigh circumferences up to 90 cm.The stocking is equipped with a washproof sew-in label, an individual barcode and a sample field to document the washing cycles.The size is identified by color coding on the toe viewing window.

Comprinet per thigh length consists of 77% polyamide, 19% elastane and 4% neoprene.Comprinet pro knee length is made of 80% polyamide and 20% elastane.Both versions can be washed up to 10 times as long as the special washing recommendations are followed.
