The Specialist E plaster bandage is used to treat fractures and other injuries that require immobilization.It is suitable for rigid immobilization and can be used over several weeks as required.

Product features

The Specialist E plaster bandage is available in a size of 2.7 meters by 20 centimeters.It consists of a perforated bandage core that is durable, quick-drying and highly malleable.The plaster bandage is coated with a special natural plaster mixture and has a cotton backing.It is latex-free and can also be used as a longette for individual cutting.

Technical data

The diving water temperature is 20° to 25°C.The open time, i.e. the time in which the plaster bandage is still malleable, is between three and five minutes.After 30 minutes the bandage is partially resilient and after 48 hours it is fully resilient.

Application

No prescription is required for this product.The plaster bandage is dipped in water and then wrapped around the part of the body to be immobilized.Due to its malleability, it can be easily adjusted and dries out quickly to ensure stable immobilization.
