Vliwazell absorbent compresses are completely closed, multi-layer compresses with a very high absorbency.They are particularly suitable for treating heavily exuding wounds.The compresses are skin-friendly and wound-friendly thanks to their particularly soft fleece covering.The wound exudate is quickly passed into the absorbent body made of cellulose flakes, which has a significantly higher absorption capacity than a gauze compress.A special blue fleece on the back prevents wound exudate from penetrating and thus protects clothing and laundry.

The Vliwazell absorbent compresses reduce the risk of wound sticking and can be used as highly absorbent universal compresses.They have an integrated distribution layer that enables even distribution of the wound exudate.They also have a cushioning effect and protect the wound area.A protective laundry fleece prevents wound exudate from penetrating.The non-sterile versions can be sterilized with steam or ethylene oxide.

The compresses are suitable for moderately to heavily exuding wounds.They can also be used as a secondary dressing for heavily exuding wounds in combination with moist wound care dressings.
