The Stoppi® weaning teat is a silicone oral vestibule plate that is equipped with side bites to better hold the device in the mouth.In contrast to conventional pacifiers, there is no frontal bite between the teeth, which does not promote an open bite.If the bite is opened slightly, unhindered self-regulation is possible.

Stopping sucking with the Stoppi® at an early age, at the latest by the end of the second year of life, prevents misaligned teeth and jaw anomalies.Continuous sucking can disrupt the normal development of the jaws, as pacifiers, thumbs, fingers and continuous sucking bottles impair natural development.

The Stoppi® is used similarly to a pacifier.The silicone shield lies in front of the teeth and behind the closed lips.Two small side bites for the baby molars provide the necessary support when getting used to them.The device is made of soft, scientifically tested and harmless material and is suitable for children aged two to four years.
