Cold application

When used cold, the compress has a pain-relieving, decongestant and anti-inflammatory effect.Place the compress in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or in the freezer compartment if necessary.

Warm application

When used warm, the compress promotes blood circulation and relieves tension.Warm the compress by placing it in water up to 80° for about 6 minutes or warming it in the microwave at 180W for a maximum of 2 minutes.
