Doppelherz Eisen-Femin Direct is a dietary supplement with sweeteners in the form of micro-pellets.It contains iron, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and has a forest fruit flavor.This product is available without a prescription.

Effect and benefits

The combination of 14 mg iron and vitamin C and B vitamins supports various body functions.Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, while vitamins B6 and B12 promote energy metabolism.Folic acid supports blood formation, and iron, vitamin C and B12 strengthen the immune system.The micro pellets are practical for taking on the go.

Ingredients and nutritional information

The ingredients include fillers such as sorbitol and xylitol, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), iron pyrophosphate, acidity regulator monosodium citrate, thickener sodium carboxymethylcellulose, flavor, sweeteners acesulfame K and aspartame, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), pteromonoglutamic acid (folic acid) and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Per daily serving (1 bag), the product contains 14 mg iron (100% NRV), 300 µg folic acid (150% NRV), 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% NRV), 2.5 µg vitamin B12 (100% NRV) and 80 mg vitamin C (100% NRV).The nutrient reference values are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Recommended consumption

Consume the contents of one sachet daily.Place the micro-pellets directly on the tongue, let them melt slowly and swallow.Tear open the bag in the direction of the arrow.The recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.

Storage

The product should be stored dry and not above 25°C.It must be kept out of the reach of small children.

Special Notes

The product is not suitable for iron storage disease and iron utilization disorders or for children under 14 years of age.It contains a source of phenylalanine and can have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.The product is lactose, gluten and sugar free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
