Preparation

To use, you will need gloves, the color base tube, the color developer tube, a timer, old towels or shirts to protect skin, clothing and furniture, damp paper towels to wipe the skin, an included brush and mild shampoo.Put on the gloves and press a strand of the Color Base to one side of the raised line of the shell.Add the same amount of Color Developer to the other side of the raised line.Avoid contact of the mixture with clothing and other porous surfaces as stains could be permanent.Protect clothing and surfaces with old towels or shirts and wash stains immediately with soap and water.

Using the plastic end of the brush, mix the product thoroughly until completely combined.Wipe tube openings to avoid stains and replace caps to avoid contact with oxygen.Use the mixed product immediately and discard any unused amounts.Depending on the size of the gray hair area, a second application may be necessary.

Application

Apply the product quickly to dry hair with the brush.Do not massage the product in with your hands, but gently brush it up and down to evenly cover all of the hair.Prepare a larger amount of product than needed.Monitor the time carefully as just 5 minutes or a little less waiting will prevent the color from becoming too dark.While waiting, rinse the brush, bowl and gloves thoroughly and remove any residue.

Wash the product from facial hair with warm water in the shower until the water runs clear.It is best to rinse the product in the shower, even if you are only coloring a small part of your hair.Use shampoos specifically designed for colored hair to keep the color looking fresh and natural.Dry your hair as usual with a towel.
