Application instructions

For a successful abdominal massage, you should create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.Make sure that the room temperature is comfortable and that your child does not freeze.Dim the lights and avoid disturbing background noise.Place your child on a comfortable, not too hard surface and take a relaxed sitting position yourself.

Put a 2 to 3 cm long strand of the ointment in your hand and, after briefly warming it up, rub it on the child's tummy.Massage gently in small, circular motions, starting at the bottom of the right side of the abdomen.Then follow the course of the colon clockwise.Apply even and gentle pressure that your child should clearly notice but should not find uncomfortable.Do about 10 to 15 such “rounds”, take a short break and repeat the whole thing again.
