Areas of application

This medicine is used to stimulate digestion in the intestinal area and to support subsequent processes in the metabolic and limb system.It can help with disorders of movement and secretion in the upper gastrointestinal tract, such as flatulence, loss of appetite and nausea.It also supports the treatment of chronic inflammatory bowel diseases as well as inflammatory skin and joint diseases.

Important notes

The medicine contains 50% alcohol by volume.It should not be used during pregnancy.If nausea or discolored stool persists, see a doctor.There is no adequately documented experience for children under 1 year of age, so it should not be used at this age.If you are breastfeeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting your doctor.

Application

Take Gentiana lutea, ethanol.Always take Decoctum D1 exactly as your doctor has told you.The usual dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is 5 to 10 drops 3 to 4 times a day.Schoolchildren 6 to 11 years old should take 5 to 8 drops 1 to 3 times daily, while toddlers 1 to 5 years old should take 3 to 5 drops 1 to 3 times daily.The drops should be taken diluted with water.The bottle should be shaken before use to ensure even distribution.

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 1 week.If there is no improvement within this time, a doctor should be consulted.The duration of treatment for chronic illnesses should be discussed with your doctor.If you forget to take a dose, do not take a double dose.
