Instructions for use of Oxalis Folium 10% ointment

Oxalis Folium 10% ointment is an anthroposophical medicine that is used to stimulate metabolic activity.It can be used if there is a tendency to congestion, constipation, a tendency to deposits and even stone formation, as well as for cramps in the smooth muscles, especially in the abdominal area.No prescription is required for this product.

Important information on application

Oxalis Folium 10% ointment must not be used if there is inflammation or injury to the skin or if there is hypersensitivity to sesame oil or other components of the ointment.Apply the ointment only to unbroken skin.If you have jaundice, urinary retention, bloody urine, persistent cramps or unclear symptoms, you should consult a doctor.During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting a doctor.

Application and dosage

Rub Oxalis Folium 10% Ointment into the skin 1-2 times daily unless your doctor tells you otherwise.Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within 2 days, consult a doctor.The duration of treatment for chronic illnesses should be discussed with a doctor.Do not use a double dose if you forget to use it.

Side effects and composition

Like all medicines, Oxalis Folium 10% ointment can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.In rare cases, allergic skin reactions may occur.Sesame oil can rarely cause serious allergic reactions.In such cases you should stop using it and consult a doctor.

The ointment contains the following ingredients: active ingredient Oxalis Folium mother tincture, ointment base with refined sesame oil, wool wax, yellow wax, wool wax alcohols (contain butylhydroxytoluene) and purified water.

Storage and shelf life

Do not store the ointment above 30°C.Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the tube and carton.After opening the pack, the ointment has a shelf life of 6 months.
