Chelidonium Ferro cultum Rh are liquid dilutions for injection.This anthroposophical medicine is used in accordance with the anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature to normalize disorders of bile function with a tendency to congestion and cramps in the gastrointestinal tract and to accompany the treatment of depression.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

Chelidonium Ferro cultum Rh is used to normalize disorders of biliary function with a tendency to congestion and cramps in the gastrointestinal tract and to accompany the treatment of depression.

Contraindications

Chelidonium Ferro cultum Rh must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Precautions

If you have persistent, unclear or new upper abdominal complaints, gallstone disease, obstruction of the bile ducts and jaundice, you should consult a doctor.In the case of existing liver diseases and those with a history and/or simultaneous use of liver-damaging substances, the medicine should only be used after consulting a doctor.Chelidonium Ferro cultum Rh liquid dilutions for injection should not be used in children under 12 years of age as there is no adequately documented experience.

Interactions

No known interactions.Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using or have recently used any other medicines, even if they are non-prescription medicines.

Application

Always use Chelidonium Ferro cultum Rh exactly as your doctor has told you.The subcutaneous injection is usually carried out in the thigh, the outside of the upper arm or the abdominal region.After cleaning the injection site, form a fold of skin and insert the injection needle at an angle.Pull back the syringe plunger slightly.If blood appears, a blood vessel has been hit.In this case, repeat the injection at another location.If no blood appears, inject slowly, then pull out the needle and briefly press the injection site with a swab.It is recommended that the injection technique be learned by someone experienced in it.

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within 1 - 2 days, you should see a doctor.The duration of treatment for chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor.Do not use a double dose if you forget to use it previously.

Side effects

Very rarely, increases in liver transaminases and bilirubin, including drug-related jaundice (drug-toxic hepatitis), have been observed during treatment with preparations containing chelidonium (celandine) alkaloids.

Storage

You must not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the ampoules and carton.Storage conditions: Do not store above 25°C.

Composition

Chelidonium Ferro cultum Rh D2 1 ampoule contains: Active ingredient: Chelidonium Ferro cultum Rh Dil.D2 1 ml, Chelidonium Ferro cultum Rh D3 1 ampoule contains: Active ingredient: Chelidonium Ferro cultum Rh Dil.D3 1 ml. Isotonized with sodium chloride.
