Instructions for use of Ferrum Sidereum comp.

Ferrum sidereum comp.is a liquid dilution for injection.This anthroposophical medicine is used to harmonize metabolic processes in migraines and flu-like infections with head involvement.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients

The active ingredients of Ferrum sidereum comp.are Ferrum sidereum D8, Quartz D20 and Sulfur D6.Other ingredients include sodium chloride.

Application

Ferrum sidereum comp.should always be used as directed by the doctor.The usual dosage is 1 ml twice a week to once a day, injected subcutaneously.The injection is usually carried out in the thigh, the outside of the upper arm or the abdominal region.It is recommended that an experienced person learn the injection technique.

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 1 week.If there is no improvement within 3 days, a doctor should be consulted.The duration of treatment for chronic illnesses should be discussed with your doctor.

Precautions

Ferrum sidereum comp.must not be used if you are hypersensitive to milk protein.If you experience vomiting, impaired consciousness or persistent symptoms, you should consult a doctor.There is insufficient experience with use in children under 12 years of age, so the medicine should not be used at this age.

Ferrum sidereum comp should be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.only be used after consulting your doctor.Interactions with other medicines are not known.

Side effects

Like all medicines, Ferrum sidereum comp.have side effects, although not everyone gets them.Lactose contains small amounts of milk protein and can cause allergic reactions.If you experience side effects, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage

Ferrum sidereum comp.should not be stored above 25°C and should not be used after the expiry date stated on the ampoule and carton.
