Ingredients

The capsules consist of calcium carbonate (40 mg calcium), natural coenzyme Q10 (100 mg), lecithin from soy (100 mg), hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (capsule shell), magnesium carbonate (20 mg magnesium), maltodextrin, vitamin C (2.1%), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable) and vitamin B1 (thiamine HCL).

Recommended consumption

It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily.One capsule contains 100 mg of coenzyme Q10, 12 mg of vitamin C (15% of the reference values for daily intake according to EU 1169/2011) and 0.55 mg of vitamin B1 (50% of the reference values for daily intake according to EU 1169/2011).
