Instructions for use of arnica essence

Arnica essence is a tincture for external use.The active ingredient is Arnica montana e floribus LA 20%.This anthroposophic medicine is used for various ailments, including blunt injuries such as strains, bruises, bruises and sore muscles.It can also be used for muscle stiffness, subacute and chronic inflammatory joint diseases, as well as post-concussion, stroke and paralysis conditions.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

Arnica essence is used in accordance with anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.This includes stimulating tissue and organ healing with a particular emphasis on metabolic processes.Specific areas of application include blunt injuries such as strains, bruises, bruises and sore muscles.It can also be used for muscle hardening, subacute and chronic inflammatory joint diseases as well as conditions following concussion, stroke and paralysis.

Contraindications

Arnica essence must not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to preparations made from arnica or other composite plants such as chamomile flowers, marigold or yarrow.It is also not suitable for damaged skin, such as injuries or burns, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Precautions and warnings

If symptoms persist or are unclear, a doctor should be consulted.There is no adequately documented experience with use in children under 12 years of age in certain indications.It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years for these indications without medical advice.Arnica essence contains 25% alcohol by volume.

Interactions

To date, there are no known interactions with other medications.

Dosage and method of administration

For poultices, add 1 tablespoon of tincture to approx. 1/4 l of water and use for poultices.An airtight covering of the envelope should be avoided.For baths, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of tincture to 1 full bath;used correspondingly less for partial bathrooms.The bottle should be shaken before use.

Duration of application

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within 3 days, you should consult a doctor.The duration of treatment for chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor.

Side effects

With prolonged and frequent external use, skin reactions with swelling and blistering may occur.This can be a hypersensitivity reaction of the skin or direct tissue damage caused by arnica essence.Furthermore, eczema can occur with prolonged use.Skin reactions including tissue destruction are possible.If you observe any of the above-mentioned side effects, contact a doctor immediately.

10 g (10.2 ml) contain the active ingredient Arnica montana e floribus LA 20% (HAB, Vs. 12c) 10 g.The dosage form is a 100 ml tincture for external use.
