Dr.Jacob's LaktoBifido contains a combination of six different strains of lactic acid bacteria that help support the intestinal flora.Each capsule contains around 5 billion viable germs.The bacterial strains included are Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Helveticus, Lactococcus Lactis, Bifidobacterium Breve, Bifidobacterium Bifidum and Bifidobacterium Longum.

Use and dosage

The recommended consumption is 1-2 capsules daily, which should be taken in the morning or evening on an empty stomach.The daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.No prescription is required for this product.It should be kept out of the reach of small children.

Ingredients and allergens

The capsules consist of filler potato starch, coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), a freeze-dried lactic acid bacteria mixture, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable) and antioxidant ascorbic acid.The product contains milk and soy ingredients, but is free of yeast and gluten.It is also suitable for histamine intolerance, as the selected bacterial strains do not produce histamine.

Storage

After opening, the product should be stored at 4 °C and in the dark.The dry bag included is not suitable for consumption.
