Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is 5-7 tablets daily with meals.It should be ensured that wild garlic products are not taken at the same time as selenium, but at least 4 hours apart, as selenium makes it more difficult to utilize the activated sulfur from wild garlic.
