Adults and adolescents weighing less than 50 kg should take 4 oil capsules daily before meals with plenty of water.People weighing over 50 kg should consume 6 oil capsules daily.The capsule shells do not contain any valuable ingredients and can be opened as needed.The oil it contains can then be added to food, such as pasta or yoghurt.
