Please read the entire instruction manual carefully before starting the repair.Be patient and take your time to ensure the repair is successful.Important: For emergencies only.This is a temporary repair.Consult your dentist as soon as possible for a permanent solution.

No prescription is required for this product.

This product is an emergency repair system for removable resin dentures.It is intended for temporary repair only.See your dentist for a permanent repair.Do not use this product to repair dental crowns, jacket crowns, bridges, fixed dentures, or dentures for patients with cleft palate.If the repair fails, consult your dentist as soon as possible.If you experience severe pain, irritation or swelling after inserting the repaired denture, remove the denture and consult your dentist/doctor.Keep out of the reach of children.Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed in the instructions for use or on the packaging.Make sure the repair is done on the side of the denture that does not press against the palate/gums.Avoid contact of the product with open wounds.It is recommended to clean the denture daily.This product is not recommended for use in children.

Before using the quick denture repair, clean and brush the damaged denture parts or place them in a glass of lukewarm water with a cleaning tablet.Rinse the denture after three minutes and dry thoroughly.

Put the broken parts together correctly.If the denture is incomplete, do not repair it, but consult your dentist immediately.

Take the gray tube labeled Bonyplus and unscrew the cap and nozzle tube.Use the cap's sharp spike to pierce the tube's seal.Avoid pressing on the tube after the seal has been punctured.

Screw the nozzle tube and cap back onto the tube.Unscrew the fastener and apply a small amount of Bonyplus 1a glue along the entire length of the broken edge of one of the broken denture parts.

Gently squeeze both parts of the denture for one minute to restore the original denture shape.

Excess adhesive residue on the denture can be wiped off on both sides with a cloth.

Make sure the adhesive has cured by carefully inspecting the repaired portion of the denture.Insert the denture to assess the accuracy of the repaired denture.If you are dissatisfied with the fit, take apart the repaired parts and repeat the steps.Be particularly careful when pressing the parts together.

Remove the denture from your mouth, rinse and dry thoroughly.

Carefully roughen the surface of the prosthesis (tongue side) by rubbing the sandpaper along the break point (approximately 1 cm on either side of the break point).

Take the bottle labeled Bonyplus 3, shake it vigorously and add the pink powder to the mixing cup.

Take the bottle labeled Bonyplus 2 and the spatula.Slowly add the liquid to the powder by lightly tapping the bottle and stirring the mixture gently with the spatula.Important: Leave a small amount of the liquid in the bottle for final smoothing.

Mix the ingredients for about 15 seconds until the paste is smooth and homogeneous.

Let the paste sit for about 1 minute in winter and a maximum of 15 seconds in summer.The paste must remain smooth so that it can be applied evenly.

Use the spatula to apply the paste along the entire length of the previously roughened area of the denture.The paste should be applied in a layer at least 2 mm thick.Make sure it doesn't take more than a minute to apply the paste to make the smoothing process easier.

Place the latex finger glove on your index finger and moisten it with a small amount of the remaining liquid from the bottle with Bonyplus 2. Smooth the previously applied paste with your finger.

Before placing the denture in your mouth, allow it to rest for at least 15 minutes to ensure that the paste mixture has hardened and is no longer runny and soft.Use your finger to check if the paste you applied to your dentures is hard.If the paste is not fully cured before the dentures are placed in the mouth, the paste may stick to your teeth and/or gums.Either use a denture cleaning tablet to clean the dentures and rinse them thoroughly, or clean them with toothpaste.Your prosthesis is now ready for use.You can eat and smile without worries again.Please note that this is only a temporary repair and you will need to see your dentist for a permanent solution.

Components

Ethyl cyanoacrylate glue: This glue is particularly strong and cures quickly.Avoid contact with skin and eyes.In case of skin contact: Wash the area with plenty of soap and water.In case of eye contact: Rinse gently with water for several minutes.Remove contact lenses from your eyes if you wear them and they are easy to remove.Continue rinsing eyes.If eye irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Liquid methyl methacrylate: The liquid can cause an allergic skin reaction.This component is highly flammable.Do not smoke during repairs.Do not carry out the repair near an open flame.The liquid can cause respiratory and skin irritation;Do not inhale fumes.

Polymethyl methacrylate copolymer powder: Avoid inhaling the dust.

Finger glove: The finger glove contains latex.Do not use if you are allergic to latex.
