Composition

The Saunamed Hydro sauna infusion is a composition of spruce needle oil, noble fir cone oil and eucalyptus oil, supplemented by menthol and camphor.The character of the infusion is balancing.

Dosage

To use, add 15 to 30 milliliters of the sauna infusion concentrate to 1 liter of water.
