Dosage and application

OMNi BiOTiC 6 - for everyday use can be taken daily if necessary.It is recommended to stir a measuring spoon of the product into 1/8 liter of water 1-2 times a day, wait for at least 10 minutes for activation, stir again and then drink.It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening just before going to bed.The specified dose should not be exceeded to avoid an overdose.
