The composition per daily dose (1 tablet) is: magnesium 400 mg (107% NRV), vitamin B1 2.2 mg (200% NRV), vitamin B6 6.0 mg (429% NRV), vitamin B12 6.0 µg (240% NRV) and folic acid 800 µg (8400% NRV).The NRV (nutrient reference values) refer to the recommended daily doses for adults according to the European Food Information Regulation (LMIV).
