Preparation: To prepare Flor Essence, please use a medium sized saucepan. Bring 1 1/4 litres of drinking water to the boil. Now add the contents of the sachet to the boiling water. Cover and allow the herbal tea to simmer gently for about 15 minutes over a low heat. Then leave the herbal tea to steep at room temperature for 10-12 hours (preferably overnight). Then bring to the boil again briefly. After cooling, the Flor Essence herbal tea can be filled into a glass bottle and should be stored in the refrigerator.
