Description

Flor Essence Tea is a herbal tea made according to a traditional Indian recipe.This tea is prepared as an extract and has a slightly bitter taste.The herbs are processed according to an original and genuine recipe to ensure the beneficial and tasty effects of the tea.

Ingredients

Flor Essence tea contains the following eight exquisite herbs: burdock root (Arctium lappa), small sorrel (Rumex acetosella), slippery elm (Ulmus rubra), watercress (Nasturtium officinale), Turkish rhubarb root (Rheum palmatum), brown algae (Laminaria digitata), St. Benedict's herb (Cnicus benedictus) and red clover flowers(Trifolium pratense).

Area of application

Flor Essence tea can be brewed like regular tea if necessary.One pack is usually enough for around 7-9 weeks.The recommended daily dose is between 30-60 ml, which is approximately 2-4 tablespoons.However, herbal experts recommend starting with a smaller amount of 15 ml daily and increasing it slowly.

Preparation

To prepare Flor Essence tea, you need a cooking pot with a lid that is not made of aluminum.Boil 1 1/4 liters of drinking water, ideally filtered.Once the water is boiling, remove the pot from the heat and add the contents of one sachet (21g) into the water, stirring gently with a wooden spoon.After a few minutes, the tea develops its typical herbal smell.

Place the pot back on the stove and let the tea simmer, covered, over a low heat for about 15 minutes.Then take the pot off the stove and remove the remaining herbs from the lid and the edge of the pot.Stir this back into the liquid and let the tea steep at room temperature for 10-12 hours.

Then heat the tea again almost to the boiling point and let it stand for a few minutes so that the herbs can settle.Filter the tea through a coarse sieve and pour it into a sterile, preheated 1 liter glass bottle.Mucilage and fiber are characteristic of this tea and contribute to its quality.If these substances bother you, you can filter the tea through a finer sieve.

Close the warm glass bottle immediately, allow it to cool and store the tea in the refrigerator.Make sure to always keep the tea cool and not to freeze it.The shelf life in the refrigerator is a maximum of a few weeks.For single people or individuals, we recommend filling the prepared tea into two 500 ml glass bottles.
