Directions for use of the article Bismutum Pentarkan Tablets: Bismutum Pentarkan is a homeopathic medicine for the treatment of digestive complaints. It is used for hyperacidity of the stomach with heartburn, belching and gastric pressure. The medicinal product contains the active ingredients Bismutum subnitricum Trit. D2, Capsicum Trit. D5, Robinia pseudacacia Trit. D5, Iris Trit. D3 and Arsenicum album Trit. D5. It also contains lactose and wheat starch as other ingredients. It should not be taken before use if you are allergic to any of the active substances or other ingredients. Persons under 2 years of age, pregnant women and nursing mothers should also not use the medicine. In the event of prolonged or recurring symptoms, a doctor should be consulted. There is insufficient documented experience in children under 12 years of age, therefore the medicinal product should not be used in them. The usual dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over is 1 tablet taken every half hour to every hour (maximum 6 times a day) for acute symptoms. For chronic cases, 1 tablet should be taken 1 to 3 times daily. It should be taken half an hour before or after meals. No harmful effects have been reported so far in the case of overdoses. If a dose is forgotten, the double dose should not be taken. Discontinuation of the medicine has no harmful effects. Side effects may occur, but not in everyone. Wheat starch may cause hypersensitivity reactions. If side effects occur, a doctor or pharmacist should be informed. The medicine should be kept away from children and protected from light. It contains lactose and wheat starch and should therefore only be taken after consulting a doctor if you have an intolerance to certain sugars. The pack contains 1 tablet.
