Area of application

Live fermentation improves the bioavailability of pomegranate polyphenols.Studies show that the composition of the intestinal flora plays an important role in the utilization of pomegranate juices.Through live fermentation, selected microorganisms cause natural pre-digestion, which increases bioactivity.The fruit's own sugar is broken down.This procedure was developed by Dr.L. M. Jacob developed in 2004 and registered as EU-patent.

After fermentation, the pomegranate juice is deep-frozen and then freeze-dried in a vacuum at a maximum of 37 °C.This creates a powder with a large surface area and good solubility, which facilitates the absorption of the active ingredients.The freshness quality and the natural spectrum of secondary plant substances are optimally preserved.Four capsules contain 2 g of freeze-dried, live fermented pomegranate mother juice extract with 700 mg of pomegranate polyphenols.

Mode of action

Ingredients from Dr.Jacob's GranaProstan pomegranate extract fermented: pomegranate 80% (of which pomegranate juice 50%, pomegranate juice extract 50%: live fermented, freeze-dried), coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, elderberry extract, release agent microcrystalline cellulose, release agent medium-chain triglycerides from coconut oil, rice bran.Made in Germany.

Average values per daily dose (4 capsules): 700 mg pomegranate polyphenols.

Dosage

Take 2 to 4 capsules of Dr.Jacob's GranaProstan pomegranate extract is fermented, ideally one hour before lunch or dinner.
