Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in the metabolism of the body's cells.Very active tissues such as the body's mucous membranes in particular need biotin.The intestinal mucosa is the largest mucous membrane in the body and regenerates itself completely every 2-3 days.In order to be able to maintain this enormous metabolic performance over the long term, it is necessary that the body is well supplied with all the nutritional components.The largest amount of biotin comes from daily food.Smaller amounts are produced by the intestinal flora and contribute to the total amount, thus supplementing the daily amount of biotin absorbed from food.An increased need for biotin can occur, especially when taking various medications, such as antibiotics.

Ingredients

Dosage

The recommended use for SymbioIntest® is to stir the contents of one sachet into a glass of non-carbonated water every day and drink this with a main meal.The recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
