Instructions for use for RHINEX Nasal spray + naphazoline 0.05, 10 ml

Rhinex Nasal Spray + Naphazoline 0.05% is an alpha-sympathomimetic for use in the nose. It contains the active ingredient naphazoline hydrochloride, which decongests the nasal mucosa. The nasal spray is used to decongest the nasal mucosa in the case of rhinitis and to facilitate the drainage of secretions in the case of sinusitis. The recommended dose is 1 spray into each nostril, maximum 3 times per day. The spray should not be used for more than 5-7 days and reapplication should only be done after a break of several days. Side effects such as irritation of the nasal mucosa, nosebleeds and cardiovascular reactions are possible. The nasal spray should not be used in children under 12 years of age. Before use, the spray should be pumped several times to produce an even spray. Storage should be below 25°C. For further information and instructions, see the package leaflet.
