Bladder and kidney tea contains the following active ingredients: bearberry leaves, birch leaves and couch grass rhizome.To be more precise, 100 grams of the medicinal tea contains 43 grams of bearberry leaves, 25 grams of birch leaves and 25 grams of couch grass rhizome.In addition, nettle herb and marigold flowers are present as other ingredients.

This medicine must not be used if you are allergic to any of the active ingredients or other ingredients.

Dosage

Bladder and kidney tea should always be taken exactly as directed.If you are unsure, please ask your doctor or pharmacist.Normally, a cup of the tea prepared as follows is drunk three times a day: A teaspoon (2-4 grams) of the tea is brought to the boil with about 150 milliliters of water, covered and boiled over medium heat for about 15 minutes.The tea is then strained through a tea strainer.To prevent overcooking, it is recommended to prepare the entire daily requirement (3 cups) at once.Three teaspoons (6-12 grams) of tea are used in 450 milliliters of water.The tea can also be made with cold water and left to steep for several hours.After straining, the tea should be briefly boiled.

Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of tea prepared as follows is drunk three times a day: One to two tea bags or a teaspoon (2-4 grams) of bladder and kidney tea are brought to the boil with around 150 milliliters of water, covered and boiled over medium heat for around 15 minutes.The tea bags are then removed or the loose tea is passed through a tea strainer.

To prevent the liquid from boiling away, a larger amount of tea (daily requirement = 3 cups) should always be prepared at once.Three to six tea bags or three teaspoons (6-12 grams) of tea are used in 450 milliliters of water.

The tea can also be prepared by mixing it with cold water and steeping it for several hours.After removing the tea bags or sieving the loose tea, bring it to a boil briefly.
