PALENUM Chocolate powder is a normocaloric, high-protein powder for the preparation of a drinkable food. It is a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet). The powder contains 23 % protein and has a calorie content of 388 kcal per 100 g. It also contains dietary fibre. It also contains dietary fibre and is gluten-free. PALMENUM Schoko powder is recommended for supplementary nutrition, whereby 1 - 3 portions should be taken per day (one portion corresponds to approx. 50 g powder dissolved in 150 ml water). The product should be stored in a cool, dry place and once the tin has been opened, it has a maximum shelf life of 4 weeks. The main ingredients of the powder are maltodextrin, milk protein, sucrose, skimmed milk powder and whole milk powder. It also contains minerals such as potassium, calcium and iron as well as various vitamins.
