Abbey Zinc + Histidine tablets are a dietary supplement with the active ingredients zinc and histidine.These tablets are not intended to serve as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Use and consumption recommendations

The recommended dosage is one tablet daily.This should be taken whole with sufficient liquid, for example half a glass of water.It is ideal to take it with a meal.It is important not to exceed the stated daily consumption amount.

Nutritional declaration

Each tablet contains 15 milligrams of zinc, which corresponds to 150 percent of the reference amount according to the EU-Food Information Regulation.It also contains 75 milligrams of histidine per tablet, for which no reference amount is set.

Ingredients

The tablets consist of the following ingredients: cellulose as a filler, zinc gluconate, histidine (20.5 percent), sorbitol as a stabilizer, corn starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide as a release agent, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose as additional fillers, talc as a coating agent, vegetable oils from coconut and palm kernel, lactitol as a stabilizer and titanium dioxide as a coloring agent.

Storage conditions

The tablets should be kept out of the reach of small children.Care must also be taken to protect them from heat and direct sunlight.
