Directions for use of the article Basica Instant Basica Instant is a food supplement with alkaline minerals, trace elements, vitamin C and B2. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The drinking powder has a fruity orange flavour and dissolves quickly and clearly. The recommended intake is 2 scoops (15 g) 1 x daily, dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 250 ml) and drunk. The amount of water can be varied according to taste. The powder can be taken independently of meals. Ingredients of Basica Instant include sucrose, citric acid, maltodextrin, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium citrate, ascorbic acid, zinc citrate, copper citrate, riboflavin, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate and selenium yeast. No allergens are contained. A daily portion of 15 g Basica Instant contains, among other things, 350 mg calcium, 120 mg magnesium, 125 mg sodium, 5 mg zinc, 1 mg copper, 50 µg molybdenum, 40 µg chromium, 30 µg selenium, 80 mg vitamin C and 1.4 mg vitamin B2. The amounts given correspond to a percentage of the reference value for daily nutrient intake according to EU-regulation. In case of diabetes, it should be noted that a daily portion of 15 g Basica Instant corresponds to 0.8 BE or 208 kJ (49 kcal). Basica Instant is lactose-free, gluten-free, iodine-free and contains no sweeteners. It is particularly popular with young people and active adults.
