Directions for use: Allcura Magnesium Complex Capsules Product properties: This food supplement contains minerals and vitamins, including magnesium, vitamin B6, zinc and calcium. Magnesium and vitamin B6 reduce fatigue and promote energy metabolism and the function of the nervous system. Magnesium and calcium are important for healthy bones and teeth. Vitamin B6 supports homocysteine metabolism. Ingredients: The capsules contain calcium gluconate, trimagnesium citrate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, zinc gluconate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6). Recommended intake: It is recommended to take 4 capsules 2 times daily. A daily dose of 8 capsules provides 142 mg calcium (17% NRV*), 192 mg magnesium (51% NRV*), 8.8 mg zinc (88% NRV*) and 1.6 mg vitamin B6 (114% NRV*).
