Directions for use of the food supplement RMS Städtgen capsules: Consumption of 1-2 capsules 1-4 times daily with water, fruit juice or tea is recommended. The capsules contain calcium lactate of dextrorotatory lactic acid and can also be opened and the contents taken in water, juice or tea. It is important not to exceed the recommended daily intake and to keep the capsules out of the reach of children. The capsules should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
