Each capsule contains organic linseed oil (57.7%), gelatine, glycerine, vitamin E (5.6%), olive oil, water, sunflower oil, ß-carotene (2.1%), vitamin D3 (0.028%) and vitamin K1 (0.009%). The recommended daily dose is one capsule. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children.
