Micropur Classic MC 1000 F is a liquid agent for preserving drinking water.The active ingredient silver in a concentration of 0.7 mg per gram is approved for use in drinking water.

Effect

Micropur Classic MC 1000 F preserves clear drinking water for up to six months.It has a bactericidal effect after a contact time of two hours.The silver ions accumulate on the cell walls of microorganisms and thus prevent their growth.In contrast to chlorine, which only works for a few hours, silver ions make the water last over a long period of time.

Application

Micropur Classic MC 1000 F is dosed into the empty or half-filled water container.The container is then filled with the desired amount of clear water.The resulting turbulence ensures even mixing.Additional stirring is not necessary.If Micropur Classic MC 1000 F is added after the container has been filled, the water must be stirred so that the silver ions are evenly distributed.The exposure time is 120 minutes.The product is suitable for use in tap water of drinking quality.
