Instructions for use of the article Dentosafe tooth rescue box: - Dentosafe tooth rescue box for temporary storage and transport of erupted or broken teeth or tooth fragments until reimplantation. - Dentosafe is used for the storage and transport of only one tooth. - The box is ready for use and is opened immediately before use. - The tooth is placed in the box with the root tip facing downwards, without touching the tooth at the root. - The box is closed again and can be transported to the dentist or dental clinic. - The Dentosafe storage solution maintains the vitality of the cells on the tooth for at least 24 hours at room temperature. - The patient's initials, date and time of entry are written on the bottle label. - The time the tooth is left in Dentosafe should not exceed 30 minutes. - Dentosafe should not be reused and is a single-use medical device. - Damage or discolouration of the solution indicates incorrect storage or that the shelf life has been exceeded. - Dentosafe should not be used after the expiry date. - The dental rescue box should be stored in its original packaging to protect the contents from light.
