Areas of application

Iscucin Abietis Strength D is used according to the anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.This includes stimulating form and integration forces to dissolve and reintegrate independent growth processes.This includes the treatment of malignant tumor diseases, including those with accompanying disorders of the blood-forming organs, benign tumor diseases, defined precancerous lesions and the prevention of recurrence after tumor operations.It is also used for chronic cross-border diseases such as Crohn's disease or chronic joint diseases.

Composition

The active ingredient of Iscucin Abietis Strength D is Viscum album (Abietis) e planta tota K. One ampoule contains Viscum album (Abietis) e planta tota K Dil.Starch D 1 ml (HAB, Vs. 38).

Contraindications

Iscucin Abietis must not be used in cases of known allergy to mistletoe preparations, acute inflammatory or highly febrile diseases, chronic granulomatous diseases, florid autoimmune diseases and hyperthyroidism with tachycardia.

Precautions and warnings

In the case of primary brain and spinal cord tumors or intracranial metastases with a risk of increased intracranial pressure, the preparations should only be administered according to strict indications and under close clinical control.Effects of the drug on pregnancy, development of the unborn child, birth and development of the child after birth have not been studied.Therefore, caution is advised.There is no experience with regard to impairment of the ability to drive or use machines.

Interactions

There are no studies available on interactions with other immunomodulating substances such as thymus extracts.If appropriate preparations are used promptly, careful dosing and monitoring of appropriate immune indicators is recommended.

Dosage and method of administration

The dosage is carried out individually according to the doctor's instructions.The treating doctor decides on the duration of use.The duration of use is in principle not limited and depends on the respective risk of recurrence and the individual condition or findings of the patient.It should last for several years, with breaks of increasing length as a rule.

Side effects

At the beginning of therapy, a slight increase in body temperature and local inflammatory reactions at the subcutaneous injection site may occur.Temporary slight swelling of regional lymph nodes is also harmless.If there is a fever over 38°C or major local reactions over 5 cm in diameter, the next injection should only be given after these symptoms have subsided and at a reduced strength or dose.Localized or systemic allergic or allergoid reactions may occur, requiring discontinuation of the product and initiation of medical therapy.
