Areas of application

According to the anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature, Iscucin Mali Strength D is used in adults to stimulate form and integration forces.This includes the resolution and reintegration of independent growth processes in various diseases.These include malignant tumor diseases, also with accompanying disorders of the blood-forming organs, benign tumor diseases, defined precancerous lesions, recurrence prevention after tumor operations as well as chronic cross-border diseases such as Crohn's disease or chronic joint diseases.

Composition

One ampoule of Iscucin Mali Strength D contains Viscum album (Mali) e planta tota K Dil.Starch D 1 ml (HAB, Vs. 38).

Contraindications

Iscucin Mali must not be used in cases of known allergy to mistletoe preparations, acute inflammatory or highly febrile diseases, chronic granulomatous diseases, florid autoimmune diseases as well as under immunosuppressive therapy and in hyperthyroidism with tachycardia.

Precautions and warnings

In the case of primary brain and spinal cord tumors or intracranial metastases with a risk of increased intracranial pressure, the preparation should only be administered according to strict indications and under close clinical control.Caution is advised during pregnancy and breastfeeding as the effects of the drug have not been studied.There is no experience with regard to impairment of the ability to drive or use machines.

Interactions

There are no studies available on interactions with other immunomodulating substances.If appropriate preparations are used promptly, careful dosing and monitoring of appropriate immune indicators is recommended.

Dosage and method of administration

The dosage is carried out individually according to the doctor's instructions.The treating doctor decides on the duration of use.The duration of use is in principle not limited and depends on the respective risk of recurrence and the individual condition or findings of the patient.

Side effects

At the beginning of therapy, a slight increase in body temperature and local inflammatory reactions at the injection site may occur.If there is a fever over 38°C or major local reactions over 5 cm in diameter, the next injection should only be given after these symptoms have subsided and at a reduced strength or dose.Allergic or allergoid reactions may occur that require discontinuation of the preparation and initiation of medical therapy.Excessive local reactions can be avoided by using a lower strength of the preparation or a smaller amount of the dose.
