Iscucin Pini Starch C is a liquid dilution for injection containing the active ingredient Viscum album (Pini) e planta tota K.One ampoule contains 1 ml of this solution.The product is intended for use in accordance with anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.

Areas of application

In adults, Iscucin Pini Starch C can be used to stimulate form and integration forces to dissolve and reintegrate independent growth processes.This includes, among other things, the treatment of malignant and benign tumor diseases, defined precancerous lesions, as well as recurrence prevention after tumor operations.It can also be used for chronic cross-border diseases such as Crohn's disease or chronic joint diseases.

Contraindications

Iscucin Pini must not be used if there is a known allergy to mistletoe preparations, acute inflammatory or high fever diseases, chronic granulomatous diseases, florid autoimmune diseases or under immunosuppressive therapy.Its use is also not suitable for hyperthyroidism with tachycardia.

Precautions and warnings

In the case of primary brain and spinal cord tumors or intracranial metastases with a risk of increased intracranial pressure, the preparation should only be administered according to strict indications and under close clinical control.The drug should be used with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as the effects on pregnancy and the development of the unborn child have not been studied.

Interactions

There are no studies available on interactions with other immunomodulating substances.If appropriate preparations are used promptly, careful dosing and monitoring of appropriate immune indicators is recommended.

Dosage and application

The dosage is carried out individually according to the doctor's instructions.The duration of use is not limited and is determined by the doctor, although it can be several years.It is recommended that the dose be increased carefully to avoid allergy-like reactions.

Side effects

At the beginning of therapy, a slight increase in body temperature and local inflammatory reactions at the injection site may occur.If there is a fever over 38°C or major local reactions over 5 cm in diameter, the next injection should only be given after these symptoms have subsided and at a reduced strength or dose.Allergic or allergoid reactions may also occur, which require discontinuation of the preparation and initiation of medical therapy.
