Areas of application

Iscucin Pini Starch F is a liquid dilution for injection that is used in accordance with anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.The areas of application include the stimulation of form and integration forces to dissolve and reintegrate independent growth processes.This includes the treatment of malignant tumor diseases, including those with accompanying disorders of the hematopoietic organs, benign tumor diseases, defined precancerous lesions and the prevention of recurrence after tumor operations.It can also be used for chronic cross-border diseases such as Crohn's disease or chronic joint diseases.

Active ingredient and composition

The active ingredient of Iscucin Pini Starch F is Viscum album (Pini) e planta tota K. One ampoule contains Viscum album (Pini) e planta tota K Dil.Starch F 1 ml (HAB, Vs. 38).

Contraindications

Iscucin Pini must not be used if there is a known allergy to mistletoe preparations, acute inflammatory or high fever diseases, chronic granulomatous diseases and florid autoimmune diseases as well as under immunosuppressive therapy.The preparation should also not be used in hyperthyroidism with tachycardia.

Precautions and warnings

In the case of primary brain and spinal cord tumors or intracranial metastases with a risk of increased intracranial pressure, the preparation should only be administered according to strict indications and under close clinical control.Caution is advised during pregnancy and breastfeeding as the effects of the drug have not been adequately studied.There is no experience with regard to impairment of the ability to drive or use machines.

Interactions

There are no studies available on interactions with other immunomodulating substances such as thymus extracts.If appropriate preparations are used promptly, careful dosing and monitoring of appropriate immune indicators is recommended.

Dosage and application

The dosage is carried out individually according to the doctor's instructions.The treating doctor decides on the duration of use.The duration of use is in principle not limited and depends on the respective risk of recurrence and the individual condition or findings of the patient.It should last for several years, with breaks of increasing length as a rule.

Side effects

At the beginning of therapy, a slight increase in body temperature and local inflammatory reactions at the subcutaneous injection site may occur.Temporary mild swelling of regional lymph nodes is also possible.If there is a fever over 38°C or major local reactions over 5 cm in diameter, the next injection should only be given after these symptoms have subsided and at a reduced strength or dose.Localized or systemic allergic or allergoid reactions may occur, requiring discontinuation of the product and initiation of medical therapy.Activation of pre-existing inflammation and inflammatory irritation of superficial veins in the injection area are also possible.
