Instructions for use of the article Leukomed I.V. Plaster: - Product characteristics: The Leukomed I.V. Plaster is a cannula fixation plaster with a non-adherent wound dressing. It is made of a stretchy and supple material and has a three-part cover paper with a V-shaped slit. The plaster offers high immediate and permanent adhesion as well as a non-adhesive wound dressing. It is sterile, skin-friendly, removable without residue and consists of a stretchable polyester fleece with excellent air permeability. The wound pad is made of viscose fleece coated with polypropylene. The rounded corners of the plaster prevent rolling up and the extra fleece pad can be used as a swab or cushion. - Fields of application: The Leukomed I.V. plaster is used to fix cannulas and peripheral venous catheters in the operating theatre, on the ward, in the outpatient department and in emergency care. - Duration of use: The plaster can be used for one to several days. - Package contents: One package contains 50 pieces of the Leukomed I.V. patch. - Manufacturer: The plaster is manufactured by BSN medical GmbH, located at Quickbornstraße 24, 20253 Hamburg.
