Instructions for use for OPC TRAUBENKERN Vegi Capsules, 100 pc

Avitale OPC Grape Seed Vegi Capsules are a dietary supplement with OPC-rich grape seed extract, vitamin C and vitamin E. The grape seed extract is produced from grape seeds using a gentle process and adjusted to a OPCcontent of at least 60%. The vitamins C and E contained contribute to the protection of the cells against oxidative stress. The product is free from soy, lactose and gluten and therefore also suitable for vegans. One capsule contains 200 mg grape seed extract with at least 95% proanthocyanins, 30 mg vitamin C and 5 mg vitamin E. The recommended daily dose is 1-2 capsules with sufficient liquid. The product should be stored in a dry place and protected from heat. It is not a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Children should keep it out of reach. The product is manufactured in Germany by a certified pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Grape seed is said to help with osteoarthritis. I have already tried grape seed flour in yoghurt, but I didn't like the taste of the flour, so I ordered the Grape Seed Vegi Capsules.

I have been taking it for over 1/2 year now. Very good product. What I really like about this OPC is that the ingredients and the actual OPC content are listed on the packaging. So there is no guesswork about the actual content. I also like the manufacturer. Everything is presented transparently. Therefore a clear recommendation.

I work eight hours a day as an accountant and study business administration by distance learning after work. This is quite stressful and I always feel tired and exhausted. Since I've been taking OPC, I have a lot more energy, so I'm also more efficient. And what I've also noticed is that my skin is somehow more beautiful, which I googled and found out can actually be due to this :)

I already knew the effect of grape seeds and therefore drank red wine every evening. It's supposed to be healthy, but somehow I didn't feel comfortable drinking alcohol every day and so I took the capsules. The price-performance ratio is definitely right!
