Directions for use of the product "Gesund Leben Langzeit Vitamin C+Zink Kapseln": This product is a food supplement and should not be considered as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Use/Recommendation: It is recommended to take one capsule daily unchewed with sufficient liquid. Storage: The product should be stored in a cool place away from light. Keep out of the reach of children. Nutritional values: Per 100 g the product contains 658 kJ / 156 kcal energy, 0.4 g fat, 18.0 g carbohydrates, 13.4 g protein and < 0.01 g salt. Per capsule this is 4.2 kJ / 1 kcal energy, < 0.01 g fat, 0.11 g carbohydrates, 0.09 g protein and 0.09 g salt. Composition: Per capsule, the product contains 300 mg vitamin C (375% NRV*) and 5 mg zinc (52% NRV*).
