Summary: Nicapur Lecithin B-Complex is a food supplement containing the eight vitamins of the B-complex in increased concentration. It also contains lecithin from sunflower, which contains phospholipids. This product is intended to meet the micronutrient needs of an unbalanced diet or increased requirements. The recommended dosage is one capsule daily before a meal, together with plenty of liquid. The capsules contain sunflower oil, lecithin, gelatine from fish (for the capsule shell) and other ingredients. It is recommended to store the product at room temperature, dry and away from light. It contains no colourings or preservatives and is gluten- and lactose-free. This food supplement does not replace a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
