Nicapur Lecithin & B-Complex is a dietary supplement that contains a combination of the eight vitamins of the B-complex in increased concentration and phospholipid-containing lecithin from sunflower.This product is ideal for micronutrient supplementation in cases of unbalanced nutrition or increased needs.No prescription is required for this product.

Application

It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid, preferably before a meal.

Ingredients per capsule

Each capsule contains 320 mg of sunflower oil and 275 mg of sunflower lecithin.The B complex includes the following vitamins: 48 mg niacin (300% of the reference amount), 18 mg pantothenic acid (300%), 4.2 mg riboflavin/vitamin B2 (300%), 4.2 mg vitamin B6 (300%), 3.3 mg thiamine/vitamin B1 (300%), 600 µg folic acid (300%), 150 µgBiotin (300%) and 7.5 µg vitamin B12 (300%).Additionally, each capsule contains 2 mg vitamin E (17% of the reference amount) and 1 mg β-carotene.There is no reference amount for β-carotene and sunflower oil.
